How do I make strobe lights flash in sequence instead of all at the same time

I am currently making a realistic lighting mod for the AN-225. So far I have all the exterior lights done except for the strobe lights.

The only thing I need to do to finish the whole mod is the correct sequence interval between the strobes on the tail and the strobe under the nose. I figured out that the timing between the tail strobes and the nose strobe is about a 30 second interval.

what file or files and which line in those files do I need to edit to make this work in the sim?
