How do I sign out and switch Microsoft Accounts?

I accidentally logged in with the wrong Microsoft account. On 2020 there was a way to switch accounts but on 2024 i see no options.

Same here, no log-off option… don’t know how to switch.

Same here ,do you think we will get help ,i thought it might have been my xbox account with all the problems on launch day , so logged in my girlfriends account.
now i want to log in with my account so i can get all my aircraft from my 2020 premium deluxe version i had , but can find no place to logout of xbox .this is crazy

Hi @papylolo34 ,

unfortunately, MSFS made some very strange design decisions in this regard.

You need to contact MSFS Support via zendesk and follow a very strange change process. This is how they handle a simple thing in 2024.

I also contacted support and they said they can’t delete my account

“Thank you for contacting Microsoft Flight Simulator Support today. We understand that you logged in with the wrong Xbox account and are unable to access your MSFS2020 library. Unfortunately, we cannot delete the --------account from the game. We will work together until we find a solution that works according to our possibilities. We appreciate having you as an avid player of our game.”

At the initial setup msfs2024 ask me for the account to be linked. but, in the game (ms2020) my account appeared only with the last digit. I linked the bad account.

Ok no problem about relinked account. But i whant to recover the plane bought in msfs2020.

I have an idea.
is it possible to link msfs 2020 and all the plane bought on market place to the impossible unlinked account in msfs 2024 ?
