Short question: How can I switch in the City Update II LFPB (Le Bourget) between Normal- and Festival-state?
Set the date in your sim to 19. June till 25. June 2023 then you will see the festival. Any other date will show you the normal stata.

on my side tried few time, unticking real time etc, maybe a mode conflict ? (imo the only one that may interact is maybe real taxi way) but can’t get it to load 
edit : tried without any scenery mod (taxy way includ) isn’t better
edit 2 : sound like the package uninstalled by itself or I m wrong and didn’t not entirely installed it, redownloading it

Yes! In the description of the scenery it is announced, that there are two versions of LFPB in the SIM: Standard and Festival. And so I wanted to know, how to switch between the two stages.
The picture above shows on of the exhibition airplane on the apron.
