5 Months into MSFS 2024 and I realized I couldn’t find any of my 2020 Marketplace content because I was signed into the wrong microsoft account. Only issue is I have no idea how to log out, there is no option to do so. I am on Steam version.
Update: Contacted support and got the problem resolved
I had the same issue. I followed the MSFS support guide and initiated a support ticket. They were very good and fast getting back to me. They deleted my msfs2024 account and game tag. Then gave me instructions on how to properly reinstall, setup, and login with my proper msfs2020 microsoft account. This all worked well and I now have the same game tag on both sims (including this forum). However, I still do not have any access to ANY of my paid msfs2020 marketplace content. I contacted them again and they are looking into this for me. Fingers and toes crossed, lol!
I see you got your problem resolved by just having them log you out of msfs2024, and then just logged into your 2020 microsoft account. Maybe that was a better way to go, who knows? Anyway, glad you got your problem resolved mate. Cheers.
