How do I turn off auto start fsuipc?

When I use SLC plug-in, I must turn on fsuipc, but I don’t use SLC every time, so usually, fsuipc is redundant. After all, every additional plug-in makes me feel that the performance of the game will decline, even if it is very small. I also want to turn it off. I manually turn on fsuipc when I need to turn on SLC, but I can’t find a way to turn off automatic startup, Who knows how to operate? Tell me, thank you.

I believe you need to find the EXE.xml file in you MSFS install folder - the location of which will depend whether you have the Steam or MS Store version.

When you find the file, remove this section and resave the file:

	<Launch.Addon>
		<Disabled>False</Disabled>
		<ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
		<Name>FSUIPC7</Name>
		<Path>C:\FSUIPC7\FSUIPC7.exe</Path>
		<CommandLine>-auto</CommandLine>
		<NewConsole>False</NewConsole>
	</Launch.Addon>

OR you can just change the <Disabled>False</Disabled> and <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad> lines to True

I actually want to know how to permanently turn off Auto exit. For some reason FSUIPC thinks that MSFS has been closed so it closed itself in the middle of my flight.
