How do I use my 340 flight sim credits?

I bought the premium deluxe upgrade and I guess it gave me flight sim credits. How do I use those to download the deluxe edition?

I figured out my problem I think. I went to app and features went to microsoft flight sim and hit reset and i opened up flight sim and it started updating.

Did you get it working? I have the same issue where I bought the upgrade but it only gave me 340 flight sim credits and I can’t actually buy the upgrade. I made a ticket on Zendesk for this 3 days ago but they haven’t responded yet.

I thought i fixed it by resetting microsoft since it made me reinstall the game over, but it didnt work. Im not sure whats going on . IF you do get a response on the ticket please message me what they say!! tysm

So just to let you know, they did respond to my ticket and said they manually added it to my account, and when I logged in it did an update and downloaded it. So you should probably just make a ticket yourself at flightsimulator.zendesk.com and they’ll probably be able to take care of it. It did take a couple days for them to respond as I imagine they are quite busy.
