How Do You Enter The Takeoff Runway in the EFB Performance Calculator?

I don’t know if this is a bug, or a lack of understanding on my part.

When you are using the EFB to calculate the takeoff parameters, you need to enter the takeoff runway. What is the format for the required entry?

When I click on the field the Xbox keyboard pops up. I enter 06 (I’m taking off from Canadian Forces Base Trenton on Runway 6) and when I close the Xbox keyboard, a drop down list appears below the text field with a series of 06 runways from other airports.

When I click on the list to scroll down, the Xbox keyboard pops up and I cannot use it to scroll.

I have tried making an entry similar to those in the drop down list such as “06, Trenton”, and “06, CYTR”, and “06 CFB Trenton”, and “06, Trenton Ontario”.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Which aircraft?

Can you post a screenshot.

So far, the Working Title Cessna Longitude. I’ll try to get a screenshot once I have been able to trigger the drop down. Lately when I put in 06 in the search box and enter it, the number is in the box but nothing happens.

I have yet to see the performance calculator functioning. I know Working Title has said performance data isn’t available for any aircraft in the sim yet, which is why their planner can’t do any kind of fuel or weight calculations. Something to be added over time, I presume.

Thanks again for the assist. I guess I could do the calculations in Simbrief and use those …

Yep, provided that SimBrief has an adequate profile for that aircraft - it doesn’t have such for everything.
