When I am in the section, where I should be able to change the size of the rolling cache, nothing happens when I click on the default 16GB, except a window pops up to inform me that it updates the RC. But I haven’t done anything to it, because I can’t change.

My rolling cache is stuck on zero and I can’t change the location either. Was hoping that after the patch it would work but nope.
The problem is, in the section I CAN’T change it.If I click on the default 16GB, nothing happens.
Sorry if this is a dumb suggestion but I see the text cursors beside 16.0 in your screenshot
Have you tried backspacing to delete 16 and type the new number?
At least you have some cache. Mine is zero.

If you’re low on disk space on that drive it’s going to be an issue.
