How to backup the whole simulator?

After watching this I found out what I was doing wrong, instead of copying the whole C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe folder just copy the Community and Official folders from C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages So far no errors, user error on my part! Will see if it works later when I reinstall my OS, and report back.

Thats how I back it up.
