How to delete complete Data?

Is it possible to delete all data of msfs?
I tried to use new Microsoft Xbox account but this didn’t helped
I want to delete logbook, hours, content manager, settings, cloud data and so on.
I bought msfs via steam

This may be what you are looking for.
It does most, but will not remove any items from the Content Manager.
Items cannot be removed as yet from the Content Manager.
They can be uninstalled, but not removed from the list.

I honestly don’t know.
My suspicions would be that anything you own that requires a login probably won’t work.

Microsoft support would be the correct place to find out!
