I cant find the option to disable the instruments shown in the outside/external view. Thx
I found it last night, I’m not at home and can check in several hours and reply if someone else hasn’t already. It took maybe a couple of minutes to find it in the settings menu.

Ok here it is :
1: Go to settings
2: General
3: Flight Interface
4: Scroll all the way down to External Camera
5:Set HUD in External View to Off
6: Hit Esc (Save and Back)
And you’re good to go !

In MSFS 2020 it was possible to easily toggle instruments on/off in external view simply by pressing the key shortcut “Shift <” using the “Shift-Z-Stats” utility, made by AmbitiousPilots.
Unfortunately that shortcut trick does not work in MSFS 2024. It would be way faster than pausing the flight and make the necessary changes in Settings.
It would be great if “Shift-Z-Stats” could be updated to also work in MSFS 2024.
