Hi guys, how can i disable the Nvidia Gforce game optimization so that it doest not mess with the MSFS settings?

Open your GeForce Experience, then 1, 2, 3 (uncheck)

Or just uninstall the GeForce Experience app entirely. It has a history of messing up performance and (if I remember correctly) security issues.

As far as I know this Nvidia settings are not recommended right? They kind of messed up the performance..

It happened only me once 
“Automatic optimisation by Geforce Experience” put my MSFS in “Low End” settings where my PC can let me play in High End; ) So, GeForce Experience gave me great performance but no quality at all 
For the rest, I’m fine with the screen and video capture capabilities it offers.

“Optimization” is not a scientific measurement. It is a compromise between performance and graphics quality. AFAIK GeoForce Experience doesn’t take into account (or optimize) BIOS settings, Windows performance settings, and the myriad of software add-ons and external apps that are running at the same time. What might be optimal for you might be awful for me. GeoForce Experience provides an optimization slider (select the wrench icon) so if the default is not satisfactory, it keeps a backup copy so if the new settings don’t work, it is easy to restore the previous settings without a lot of effort. For me there are no performance issues with GE running nor have I seen any reliable data showing any impact.
I have three other graphics applications and I use GE to optimize and fine tune the settings all four apps. If I’m not satisfied with the settings it is easy for me to slightly adjust the settings for better performance or better graphics. This would be a nightmare without GE to manage each driver update. GE saves me a lot of time tweaking and tuning settings that I use for flying instead.

Indeed. Just turn its optimization option off, and enjoy easy screenshot and video captures, and HDR filtering tools.
