How to get rid of the cartoon look

Hey all wanted to share with you my NVidia in-game overlay settings! I have found that the look is quite nice and gets rid of the yellow/green washed out look. My settings are as follows and some screenshots before and after below. With GeForce experience just hit alt+F3 to bring up the panel and add the filters.

after

Brightness/Contrast
Exposure 0%
Contrast 0%
Highlights -4%
Shadows 66%
Gamma 0%

ColorGrading is off I’m running LOD 1.25 because I don’t have a 30 series card. For those interested my cfg file looks like this besides the LOD.

any input feel free! I really like crushed black shadows as it adds so much depth to the sim.

I’m glad you posted this, but I’ll wait until after this next hot fix (tomorrow? Monday?), as they will be removing their “attempt” to enhance clouds, overexposing everything. I’ll see tomorrow.

Its not only the volumetric ligh in this game but the cockpit looks a bit downgraded too. Its doesnt get well allong with this washed out sun light that we have now.

I hope Asobo can turn this around in the upcoming Hotfix
