How to make Rolling Cache of an area?

I’m trying to make a rolling cache of an area, I have rolling cache turned on and 300GB limit but down at the bottom where it says view rolling cache it’s grayed out, I can’t click on it to start a new area. Any suggestions? Thanks

Just to confirm, it looks like this screenshot? Shows a file location? But just grayed out?
