How to manually increase engine power via engines.cfg (or other text file)?

I know in FS2020 you could adjust the parameters in a file called engines.cfg for each aircraft. I don’t see how I can do something similar in FS2024. I’d like to increase the power of the 737 Max engines as climbing can be brutal. Sometimes my engines are pegged if I’m trying to stay level with flaps 30.

It’s a personal choice, I know it’s not sim accurate. But how can you adjust engine parameters?
