How to move a file from Content .xml Folder?

Have just purchased airport EBBR from MSFS, have downloaded it and it is in the sim correctly.
In the comments, it says I should move the airport file in the Content.xml folder, (which is at the bottom of the list), and place it above the “fs-base-nav” file.
Can someone advise me how to do this please.
I tried a flight plan in Simbrief out of EBBR, and all the legs showed in the MCDU, but did not appear on the NAV display. ( for this reason I guess)

well first you have to find it, and it can be in diff places for diff installs
mine Was at
C:\Users\EzRyder\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
for the ms store version

then you simply copy the line/entry and move it to the top, then you re number everything to match - personally i might just wait untill wu10 is out, then you will use the method i describe in the post to re order scenery (the content.xml will become obsolete)

note i said ‘Was’ because that file is no longer in use from wu10 on and im in the beta already
[EDIT: its still used but in a different manner, for edited priority only, list is built dynamically now]

Thanks for your reply EzyRyder, will wait for the update then.

Just out of interest, would that have caused the nav legs not showing on the NAV display, even though they were present in the MCDU?

i dont think so, the content.xml is only used for scenery load order and priority
it doesnt have anything to do with aircraft or instruments afaik
