Is the default Showcase Fixed Camera modes don’t have the one you like?

I don’t know I haven’t tried

Give that a try, most aircraft already have wing views from inside the cabin by default. All you need is to change the camera mode to Showcase → Fixed Camera → Pick any fixed camera number.

When you are currently in the fixed camera mode. If you press the button command for “Toggle Drone Camera” it would actually switch you back to the Cockpit view. So when you want to instantly move between the Fixed Wing View and the Cockpit View, all you need is to press that “Toggle Drone Camera”. No need to create custom camera views unless you really want your own unique view that the default fixed showcase camera doesn’t have.

On default aircraft in no way.

The cockpit view is bound to the cockpit exclusively on these and there isn’t any cabin modeled. Some views with few 3D windows are set up on these airliners to simulate a cabin view to the outside plus some cabin ambient sounds were added.

Some add-ons like the Aerosoft CRJs got a virtual cabin, however in most cases the cabin belongs to the external model so you have to use an external camera to take a look (drone cam) - you can use this camera to create some views, too.

Here is a tutorial which was created for the CRJ but it should work on any aircraft with some virtual cabin in place:
