How to remove ATC voices in MSFS but keep ATIS/ASOS/AWOS

Is there a way to remove the “Controler” ATC Voices without also compromising the ASOS/AWOS/ATIS Voices of airports? I’ve turned off ATC voices now for online play but it would be nice to be able to pull the ASOS at my home airport while on VATSIM/IVAO/POSCON

Would be nice to be able to get ASOS/AWOS as most of my flying is from uncontrolled fields on VATSIM/IVAO/POSCON

Nope. No way to separate them out. It’s all or nothing.

Just type .wx (airport code) in vPilot and hit Enter. It will give you the METAR provided it’s available. Note airports without ICAO codes such as Borrego Valley (L08) for example will require you to add a K in front of it. So you would type .wx KL08 then hit Enter. Do the same with airports that do have ICAO codes.

That’s easy. ASOS/AWOS/ATIS are on different frequencies from the ones controllers use. Just don’t tune the radio to the controllers’ frequencies.

I agree that the MSFS “controllers” are a joke. They all sound like little kiddies hopped up on meth or something, screaming into their “mics” with shrill, high pitched tones.

In addition, it’s obvious that Asobo suffers from the same “wokeness” that’s everywhere today. The majority of MSFS “controllers” are females, unlike real life, where the vast majority of US FAA controllers are male. I’ve been trying to find a way to replace it all with something resembling reality, with no success yet.
