How to resize a default garmin screen to match the actual physical display size?

Hi,

I just purchased a small add-on called the Gaz’aile (a french amateur built aircraft). It is on simmarket, costs 5 euros (now I understand why) but it is full of bugs and it is unfinished basically.

I decided to fix some of the things myself since there is a total lack of support from the dev and I would like to start by fixing the size of the displays. As you can see on the screenshot, it looks like the screen is bigger than the actual physical display and some text is cut/unreadable.
Is there a way to re adjust the content of the screen so it can match the actual size of the display ?

You may want to post this question to MSFS DevSupport, as if what you are asking is possible, I think you probably would be modifying aircraft files using the SDK.
