How to save / backup controller config / key bindings?

I afraid I have to reinstall MS FS 2024, because my loading screen ends with an screen having only one option - quit the game…

When I try to reinstall, it says everything get lost. Does it mean my key and controller bindings also? Normally, with cloud based games, this is not the case and the settings are stored in the cloud. But with MS FS 2024 I am not sure.

If the configuration has no cloud backup, where can I find the configuration files (PC) to make a backup on my own?

I won`t go through all that pain, reconfiguring everything.

Did you find an answer to this? I spent a lot of time configuring my yoke/quad for different aircraft. I dont want to lose it…

I’ve been told the wgs folder contains your bindings, on pc found here: C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData/wgs
No idea about xbox though

There’s not Microsoft.Limitless folder in my Packages folder though, and doing a windows search for that folder or wgs come up with nothing. Odd!
