How to set up the Cessna Citation and other aircraft with the ThrustMaster Tca Airbus throttle quadrant

i cant seem to get a good set on the Cessna citation and other aircraft with the tm tca throttle quadrant.

What exactly are you having difficulties with? The thrust lever and reverse thrust?
If this is the problem, I made it work similarly to the Airbus (using the lever reverse lock) by playing with the sensibility and deadzone of the thrust axis.

i tried to play with the sensitivity and stuff but just can’t get a good setting
