I was able to toggle the taxi ribbon before from the inflight toolbar. Now the taxi ribbon, landing guide, etc. are greyed out. How do I turn them?

I’ve noted that if you don’t have a destination set in the Flight Assistant window, certain choices are greyed out. Check that.
Also, you can set a keybind to toggle the Taxi Ribbon on/off. You might try setting a keybind and seeing if that works.
