Im guessing thats Asobo 748, or have they created there own 747?
Yes they have adapted the Asobo 747 rather than create from scratch.

This was a great vid to watch.
I would love to hear your feedback about the frame rates with this one. I have noticed the stock 747 is quite hard on my system.

I found frame rates to be ok given that this was over some very detailed scenery. I’ve not flown the stock 747 so can’t really compare but as this is just an adapted stock on it should be similar I would have thought.

Hype performance group brought us helicopters before it was built in and now fire missions before it comes out in 2024. They are always ahead of the curve.

Has anyone news what went wrong with the Supertanker?
That’s why I ask. I’m really curious what went wrong here…
HPG have said there’ll be a second announcement later. But the way it was suddenly shutdown even though it was working for users makes it sound very much like they’ve received a legal letter. I very much hope the situation can be resolved as this sounds like a great product, clearly the dev’s put a lot of effort into this, and to lose it to legal/licensing problems would be very sad.

It is a bummer for sure. HPG did amazing work on this module and the experience was much more in-depth than I first expected. To create everything that they did from scratch is really remarkable and rare. The interactive map, the mission editor, the level of customization available to the user, all amazing. I have a ton of respect for them as developers and hope it gets worked out quickly.
