Hi Amy. If the live map isn’t showing you, open the Hype Online app on the H145 tablet, and change the setting to OFF and then back to your preferred setting. This will pretty much always get you back on the map if it disconnected.

Does anyone here use Neofly with the H145 Action Pack? If so, how do they interact or work together, if at all?
I’m loving Neofly and considering adding the Action Pack but don’t want two competing mission add-ons.
If you are doing HEMS missions on neofly, then this addon can be used to create a mission synchronized to the same location so you’ll see your crew getting out and such. When you start this mission there is a manual setup mode intended for neofly/vatsim flying etc.
I’ve had a break for a few months and fired up the H145 today. Previously I did a start on a runway, and it was ready to fly, not cold and dark.
I just got an update from MSFS and now it goes through some long cycle of starting, and when it seems to be running I get an Engine 2 Fail and RPM warning, and it doesn’t fly.
Can anyone give me a short answer to what the problem is and how to fix it.
Please don’t recommend the Discord.

Hey there. For SU13, the runway.flt file needs to be updated. Without that update, engine 2 may be shutdown on the runway after loading the aircraft. To resolve that without the runway.flt patch (which is available on discord and included in the next H145 build), lower the ENG2 main lever to START/IDLE and the engine will restart.
It sounds like you ALSO have accrued damage which causes a subsequent failure which is why it won’t fly. If that’s the case, use the tablet Failures & Maintenance app to clear all the damage. You can also turn the aircraft damage model off in the Setup app if you prefer to avoid that next time.

I discovered, as you have suggested, that if I flick the switch off and then back to on for engine 2, it starts up and flies OK.
Now I have the really bad flickering to sort out. I really hate MSFS.

Hello everyone,
I am having issues with the controls on the H145. The cyclic in particular. I have the correct control biddings set up for my joystick but more than 80% of the time when I fire up the sim the cyclic just freezes essentially and I can’t fly. If I don’t change any controls and switch to the H160 it works perfectly. Any ideas what the issue could be?

When you say ‘correct control bindings’ have you chosen the control axis ‘Cyclic’ as opposed to ‘Throttle’?

Ya my joystick is only set to the cyclic lateral and longitudinal axis plus all the bidding for the beep trim etc. I’m sure it’s some silly reason that I’m just overlooking. It flew great for a couple of days and I didn’t change a thing then the issue came back. Like I said too if I load the h160 it’s flies like it should even after the h145 didn’t work
No binding conflicts?
Once after a SU, I found my rudder pedals had mysteriously had a cockpit view change assigned to them.
If not, it may be best joining their Discord server for support.

This came across my YouTube recommendation page. Pretty amazing to see all the hard work and dedication that goes into creating these beautiful machines! And the all the unique training to operate them. I’d like to think HPG is putting in the same level of detail virtually. 
Great video but it did bug me that the narrator kept saying “One Hundred Forty-Five.” I’ve only ever heard these referred to as “One-Four-Five” or “One-Forty-Five.” Same with the entire airbus family “One-Two-Five” “One-Three-Five” and so on… Never heard someone say the hundred before.
Did he say that stretcher is €30,000?

Thanks for the kind words and sharing this video, it’s actually one of our favorites and of course has been referenced by our team countless times for different development purposes.
I’m a little rusty on airworthiness rules, but I would guess necessary certification of equipment either related to healthcare or aviation drive the price up drastically beyond what most of us would expect.

I bought recently Base and Action Pack I love it . Recently I noticed that the HEMS helicopters are much slower than the Base Pack ones. Example: When I use a basic passenger helicopter I can accelerate up to 120–130 knots with IAS, however with an ambulance type helicopter the speed cannot exceed 80 even if I adjust the IAS to 120 knots .
Am I doing something wrong or is this normal?
Hello. I’m a huge fan of your helos, and although i only fly the freeware one, i’m looking forward to get the H145 and H160 at some point. My question is, is the EFB Connect tool only available to people who purchased one of the payware helos, or is it for everyone? Because i can’t seem to find it anywhere.
