Htc vive pro 2 + 3070rtx + amd r7 5800x

I got 27 fps with my htc vive pro 2 and my spec are

3070rtx
amd r7 5800x
32 gb ram

SteamVR 2448x2448 100% SS
Downgraded to 1568x1568 in msfs 65%

With taa and low cloud no ambiance occlusion

Is it normal ? How can I improve it ?

How much do you have ? With your htv vive pro 2 or even other ?

Hi , i’m getting similiar fps as you. But with steam vr ss 150% and ingame 85%. For me turning vives motion smoothing to on(wich is in 120hz mode very good) and set it to 120hz was the big deal. I couldnt believe that too but it was much better as in 90hz.

Using a rtx 3080 ,i9 9900k ,32 gb ram.

I think Steam Vr isn’t really optimized for msfs right now .

So you are using performance mode ? Or the other with 120hz ?

no , using extreme mode

Will try it, do you have projection ratio grey as I have ? with 0,0% ? Can i turn it on ? If yes, how ?

you can turn reprojection on in the vive console - not steam vr -options. its in video settings. you have to turn that option to “on”
