Huge load time increase for initial sim load. Have timed at 4 minutes 40 seconds to get to main menu from clicking run, which is substantially longer than before the update. Considering this is a system that meets all “high end” requirements, I’m surprised at the increase, but I have also heard many reports of huge decrease in load time, which this directly contradicts. Have emptied the community folder, reset the rolling cache, removed all 3rd party and some 1st party content installed from the in game marketplace, updated my video card drivers to the latest and still nothing has fixed the issues.
Once I’m in game, I find general loading times can differ greatly from under 10 seconds to waiting over 30 minutes and giving up for the London discovery flight (and any time I try to load into London city airport).
Haven’t seen any other reports similar, so perhaps there is something I have done wrong.
