I can't find or load Flight Simulator

I bought the program about couple of years. Played with it for a while and got busy and haven’t played it for a year or so.

Now I cannot launch FS. It said something “Microsoft Flight Simulator can’t open because it cannot be found. The storage device might be missing or disconnected.”

How can I fix that?
