I can't load flights with some aircraft

I am unable to load flights with some aircraft that I purchased after the latest updates. They used to work fine and loaded all of them. I am having problems with the A310, A320 Neo v2, PMDG 737, ATR and other aircraft from the MarketPlace. MSFS simply does not load and gets stuck on the loading screen. The processor usage drops to 0 and does not leave the loading screen.
I have been having this problem since SIM update 11.

delete folder named pmdg-aircraft-737

Launch msfs and delete PMDG 737

Quit to desktop

Launch msfs and install PMDG 737

Select PMDG 737 → fly → be patient

Hello TenPatrol, I’ve already done all these steps, I’ve even left the computer for more than 1:30 loading a flight with these aircraft and nothing, it simply doesn’t start, with other aircraft I don’t have this problem. I don’t know what it could be.

Did you buy MSFS from the Microsoft Store or Steam?

delete folder named pmdg-aircraft-737

Launch msfs … reinstall pmdg

So, I’ve already done this procedure for all the aircraft that are not loading, both from the sim itself and from third parties, I download everything again but even so the msfs does not load the flight, it gets stuck on the loading screen. :frowning:

Rename community folder to community_copy
Create new empty community folder

For testing purpose turn off AV software.
Launch MSFS as administrator.

Select A320 Neo v2 > fly

I did what you said and I’m still on the loading screen, it’s been about 30 minutes, the bar has already loaded completely but the flight hasn’t started yet.

I followed these steps, I tried to start with the a320 v2 and it continues the same thing, the processor usage drops to 0 and the MSFS stops loading at approximately 45%. I don’t have this problem with the standard a320, or vans rv10, britten and even the b777 loads normally. But the ATR, A310, A320 V2 and the B737 do not give any response :frowning:

Have you tried reinstalling MSFS?

Thank you very much for your help, I will try to contact them, and yes I have already reinstalled msfs twice since the weekend and nothing has fixed this problem.
