I can't request RunWay Number with ATC

I can’t push Menu# for RunWay#,
ATC repeat only ATIS over and over

1-Any mods installed?
2-ATC is a little buggy still and some airports are missing information, so it doesn’t recognize all or some of the runways available and defaults to ATIS. Try different airports.
File a zendesk report on the airport not working as it should.
