I am definitely guilty of wanting to do a world tour and never doing it… I rarely make it out of California
Awesome video. Really well done!

Awesome video. Really well done!
Honestly amazing job my friend perfect soundtrack to suit.
Happy flying
Genius - and that was some amazing editing too. Makes me want to fly the Arrow more often!
Thanks for the video, that was amazing! Must have taken a lot of work but it was definitely worth it!
Great stuff and a fantastic video! Especially for 2 months. Love the music and the variety of shots. Great editing too.
My world tour is lasting a whopping 7 years now. 249 hours and 34,421 nautical miles so far. It started with FSX and P3D in the A2A Comanche and continued in MSFS with the Asobo C172 and, yup, the JustFlight Piper Arrow.
I started in Germany, flew down to Italy and Africa all the way to Madagascar, back up to India, down to Southeast Asia, around Australia, back up to Papua, then to Japan, Kamchatka and Alaska
My Arrow is currently located at Campbell River on Vancouver Island. What’s left is flying all the way down to the tip of South America, all the way back up to Greenland and then home via the UK. The way it shapes up the last stretch might see the return of the A2A Comanche again.
It’s a great experience that I recommend to everyone, not necessarily as extensive as my route, because that really takes a long time in real time (especially when you do a lot of other flying other than the world tour) and often waiting for good weather.
Some impressions (I only have screenshots):
Taking off for the journey back in July 2015 with FSX:
Leg 24: Reaching Madagascar:
Leg 73: The first leg over Australia in September 2019 with P3D:
Leg 84: in August 2020. Transitioning to MSFS and the C172:
Leg 104: in March 2021. Transitioning to the Piper Arrow:
Leg 161: at my current location Campbell River, Canada, in November 2022:
Nice!! But… you need to redo the first 83 legs with properly nice scenery
Or maybe don’t end in Germany but keep going with final destination being to land on the top of Ayers Rock
Just go a straighter way this time, lol
Sublime video, just so, so good!
I did a RTW trip in the humble C152 in July 2021 - it took seven months, and is easily the most satisfying thing I’ve ever done on a computer. So much so that ever since I’ve felt there’s just a tiny bit missing in shorter A to B flights. I wish i could wipe my memory and set off again!
Interestingly, the routes seem roughly similar, although I only have a ■■■■■■ Google Earth screenshot to give you an idea (ignore the circular yellow line - not sure how that happened):
I really hope your video is featured by Asobo in an upcoming blog post. This deserves to be seen by as many as possible.
I’m curious, did you do realistic refueling? That makes some of the crossings challenging.
Absolutely amazing. The best movie that I’ve seen by far. Thanks for your efforts to produce this masterpiece, and sharing it. My wife and I find ourselves hitting the play button over and over again. And you choose a beautiful song, which happens to be the wedding song of my niece. Brings back fond memories .
What a great video. Congrats on the world tour. There should be a special achievement award released for that. You obviously took good care of her, not a spec of dirt on arrival either
I did! I had to take her up to 14,000ft on one of the crossings and wait for favourable winds!
I am currently doing the same. Can you maybe share your flightplan?
did it with the c208 I know this feeling when you reach your start airport , took me seven month, but finished way faster from the momment I bought the analog overhaul version wich is amazing plane too , totally a new plane compared to the g1000
very nice video can’t imagine how hard it has been to stay on a short format and select “best” scene
Just woawwwww.
It will be now more easy to explain why sim could be a passion !
Many many thanks.
Wow that was nice.
Great flight and staggering video - not sure MS / Asobo need to make any more content of their own to show what the sim is all about!
I know, right! This needs taking to a higher level.
Admins, get on the case!!!
I’m on xbox, sorry.
Stunning video! Microsoft should pay for this and put it on the main Xbox channel and socials, it will definitely sell copies of the sim.
As someone who did this(but on a much larger plane tho) - I know how amazing that feels to see so many wonderful places out there Congrats to you that you’ve made it, and props to you for doing it on a smaller plane! That’s not something many people do
