Unfortunately till today not. This answer from 1st October was the latest from the official Flight Simulator Support.

Given this change, we will be resolving your current support ticket.

But I bought a new PC (everything new) and installed Flight Simulator 2020 also there and I have not the bug with the “Frankfurt - Points of Interests”.
All I can sya is that at the time I installed the FS 2020 on the new PC I hadnd’t the NVidia App installed (just the old NVidia System control was there), so I hadn’t to update FS2020 with the NVidia App to get it started. Maybe this could be a reason? Otherwise I am now on AMD Ryzen 9800X3D and RTX 5070 Ti instead of Intel 14600 and RTX 4070 Super. I don’t know if this could be a reason why it is installing correct now. But to be honest our bug is really rare, otherwise much more users would have the problem.

We’ve now granted the Frankfurt Points of Interest package to your account manually with the gamertag 佳凯#4580. When you try to start the Berlin or Pennine Alps Discovery Flights again, you should now see a prompt to install the missing POI package.
Please go ahead and launch the Discovery Flight once more, when the popup appears, you should now be able to download and install the required content successfully.
If the issue persist after installing the package, just let us know and we’ll be happy to take another look.

Don’t worry; if you respond within three days, the ticket will automatically be reopened with the same reference number.
