As Reno is developed by Asobo, the same categories are relevent for Reno, that also apply to the base MSFS.
Feature requests including those for Reno would go into the #self-service:wishlist category. Issues, that you may not classify as bugs, but rather as exploits for example would go into the #bugs-and-issues category. If it concerns the Reno race itself, #bugs-and-issues:online-services may be the best subsection and if it concerns the flight model #bugs-and-issues:aircraft-systems may be more appropriate. To make topics easier to find, choose a descriptive title and add the reno-air-races tag in the appropriate field when creating a topic. Note: Developers may also read posts in other forum categories, but the above mentioned categories are probably what you are looking for, for best visibility.
Please remember to check the [Read first] posts that are pinned per category which gives guidelines like “Post only one bug per topic” before opening a new Topic. E.g. [READ FIRST] About the UI and Online Activities category
