I wish to have a brightness slider in VR Mode because overall it is a little bit to bright in my opinion.

Yes totally but not just VR. It should only affect light brightness not terrain.

The day is too bright, and the night is way too dark.
Could you please add a brightness or contrast setting in VR please?

i feel it is only too bright when the sun is in the picture, like the sun on or near the horizon, the scene is totally white washed out. when the sun is out of view, i think the brightness is ok, like looking around in the cockpit etc.
