I would like to sack my engineer, crew and pilots

I would definately like to sack the people working for me :slight_smile:

  1. My engineer seems to be very expensive and does a mediocre repair when deligating. Hes lazy and weve had a number of arguements.

  2. My pilots seem to be from RubbishAir, they have no training and certifications and leave my aircraft damaged after almost every use. Dispite the aircraft being maintained.

  3. My crew refuse to serve hot drinks to passengers and are threatening to go on strike :grinning_face:

Alas i still love career mode though :slight_smile:
