No fs-base.
I have looked in %AppData% and in the game main installation folder (D:\XboxGames\Microsoft Flight Simulator).
Nothing.
I have the whole fs-base-something but no “dedicated” fs-base…
EDIT: The folder is where your packages are. I have the packages folder in a separate drive, there’s where the thing resides.
As it seems, phraseology has not improved in MSFS 2024 (neither did the ATC system itself), time for an update…

I remember reading something about WT taking a look at that, but down the road a bit, and would be a larger project than some avionics improvements.

I’ve used this mod ever since it was released and found it improved the sim ATC, although it couldn’t do anything about the voices, which were my greatest disappointment. However I really can’t see how WT could do anything much for it, after all it’s just an adaptrion of the original sim rubbish.
But now BATC has been released, even though it is payware, I could never go back to the sim ATC, although for the few VFR flights I do now (BATC doesn’t yet support VFR) I’ll put up with it.
