I’m pretty sure it’s missing and should be highly visible… I see a big house with a yellow water slide, but that can’t be it!
Iceland has some Bing ortho errors… so maybe the blue lagoon isn’t available yet…

This would be kind of hilarious if what you say is correct, as that is one of the most iconic places on earth (and Iceland is not short on beautiful landscapes).
Satellite imagery, aerial photography, LiDAR, etc. are all much more limited in the more northern latitudes. This is for many reasons, including cost of flights, limited availability of satellites in the polar regions, and remoteness.
You should absolutely file a zendesk ticket for this if it turns out to be missing or really broken/incorrect. Other than the puffins, I think the blue lagoon is the number 1 fauna location for the entire country. They will absolutely fix it if its wrong, but it might take some time to get it resolved due to the factors listed above.

Looks like they converted the smoke to a kind of parking spot or flat building. I think the blue lagoon would be a nice freeware addon with real buildings and smoke from hot water.
