ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Mission: VIP Travell #FCW5513 - Steamboat Springs - OPEN - with Beechcraft Bonanza G36.
The mission is setup to fly into icing conditions with a plane without deicing (Anti-icing) capabilities, nor the performance characteristics to climb fast enough to get above the clouds (not that you should ever do that). It is impossible to complete the mission. Just another career failure. I love the idea of the career mode in MSFS2024, but constant lack of common sense in mission creation and constant bug failures causing crashes or incomplete missions after spending hours into missions, has left me demoralized and wanting my money back to return to MSFS2020. Also all VIP flights in this plane, the chocks are not auto removed when skipping pre-flight and when passengers load the plane the person sitting in the back is placed upside down hanging outside the plane.

Many missions are either on runways too small, or into conditions outside operating performance envelope, i.e. icing, 30 mph cross winds, climbs above terrain at high elevation airports impossible for aircraft type.
