Title. I’m able to cold start the Icon A5 in exactly the same manner as in 2020, but the alternator light does not going out no matter how much I throttle up. I thought maybe it was temperature (my first flight was from Fairbanks to Delta Junction in Alaska with live weather), but I’m in the middle of a flight around Macau and it’s not going out here either.

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

Hi @AmbientDesign ,

This is ridiculous. And now I can’t even delete the post because you edited it.

I tried flying the Icon and saw the light too so I’m guessing new bug

I can confirm I saw it too during my brief tour flight over my house

Same here. @AmbientDesign did you write a ZenDesk ticket already? I can do that.

Hi @AmbientDesign,
I’ve moved your post into a bug report I created as your issue has been repro’d by a number of other users. :slightly_smiling_face:

Dated 14/12/24.
This issue still remains.
Will this ever get fixed?

I suspect it will take a while. The Microsoft / Asobo production team triages bugs to be resolved in such a way to deliver the biggest overall improvements to the sim in the fastest time frame possible. Repeatable crash bugs are assigned the highest priority. Issues that negatively impact players’ enjoyment of the sim but don’t prevent the player from flying are typically prioritized lower.
