IDP.Generic MSFS sent to Quarentine

Hello,

This morning something strange happened my MSFS was marked as risk with a threat name of IDP.Generic the infected file being the flightsimulator.exe.

The file has been quarantined via AVG before I release it has anyone seen this issue before?

The sim continues to work fine. It worked perfectly yesterday and haven’t made any changes?

I have run a smart scan aswell and hasn’t brought anything up.

AVG is plagued by false positives. Kaspersky doesn’t flag it and is much more reliable anyway.

Ah ok but the fact it happened so randomly is odd?
