Just to clarify, since the topic wandered a bit from MS2020 to MS2024, which version are you currently having the issue with? I gave the test in '24 a quick run and it was working fine. The GPS line was there when I started and all the other segments worked correctly.
If you’re in MS2020, I’ll go back and give it a try to see if they ever fixed the issue that was causing the problem. In your case, it obviously can’t be caused by an issue with navigraph, so we’ll have to look elsewhere to try and find the issue.

I’m sure you’ve probably figured it out by now, but if not, the reason your objective didn’t turn green is because you never got down to 5000’. Your screenshots show you at over 5100’, and that’s outside the parameters to get it to show green. Normally in that test, the limit is +/-100’.
Since you’re in MS2024 (based on the EFB), I flew that test without issue a little while ago and it worked fine. My first thought is you may have a conflict with with an add-on, either navigraph, or another add-on, even if it’s from the MS marketplace. If you’re still experiencing the issue, let me know and we’ll see if we can figure out what’s happening.
