No unsual. You have to place the ground base somewhere. The optimum would be at the end perfectly lined with the runway direction, but sometime there is no place to do, then they place it right or left of the runway with an offset and a high DH because you need to align visually on approach.
Could this be related to the distortion applied to all maps of China by law?
yes but then flying in cities with heavy smog/or in bad weather sometimes approache are impossible and corrections only at the last moment,flying in bad weather is bad this way.

No, because nobody would fly to an airport in China. You have to have correct approach data, no pilot would do an approach in bad weather if the approachcharts are incorrect.

Just checked the charts of ZPPP and neither the Nagigraph charts nor IRL charts shows Information about an ILS offset. Guess the MSFS Database isn’t aligned correct. LNM is using the MSFS database and therefore it shows the wrong alignment as well.

When doing a real-world landing using ILS, the ILS transmitter would be physically aligned with the actual runway. The mapping issue could however lead to different data sources producing different coordinates in the simulator for the ILS transmitter and the runway (for instance, if Blackshark AI is aligning the runway to the ground textures, which are aligned to GPS whereas the other coordinates are in the modified format specified for maps by law in the PRC, or something like that).
It’s just a thought: if as you note the charts don’t list an offset it’s more likely to be a mapping artifact than a representation of a real-world offset.

i see and i agree with @Sunday748 too no one would fly with wrong data. I guess i will just update the navdata to navigraph now.Was trying to save some space on my system given how large the update is but i guess time to buy a new disk.

Navigraph nav data is fairly small compared to sim updates.
i see,i actually confused navigraph data with asia high res offline mesh data. anyways purchased a fast nvme drive for this sim.All the addons take up too much space and the nvme drive gives higher fps too compared to a hdd.
