Implement Simultaneous Multi Projection to improve triple monitor support

Nvidia has a feature called simultaneous multi-projection which would allow us to use one window for multiple screens and also change the angle of the view on the out screens. This avoids the fish eye effect that nvidia surround gives and also allows frame gen and dlss to work across all screens since it all the same window. One title that uses this is racing. I know there are topics which ask for better multi monitor support but this is the solution that is needed.

Is there also a similar feature for AMD and Intel GPUs?
