@momos1989 I agree with you! Every sentence is true. It’s ridiculous and boring that all SAR-HOIST missions take place over water.
It would be very spectacular, rescuing injured hikers from rocky, mountainous hills. Spectacular scenery, better reference points during helicopter rescue.
I’m not even talking about the fact that they cheated customers, because SAR-Hoist land rescue was an important aspect for me when I bought the simulator.
Moderators don’t even bother forwarding the problem and send the bug ticket to the development team. Nothing happens, even though the bug is recorded. Please fix it!!!
The problem with disappearing SAR-missions in the Alps is still there as well, SU4. One day - LOTS of SAR missions in the Alps, the other day - not a single one.
I still don’t see and never have seen land based Search & Rescue - Hoist missions.
The original bug report was closed as no repro. However this is absolutely not fixed. I have not seen a single report or video where someone is doing a land based hoist mission. I have S reputation and all specilizations unlocked. There were even several reports since SU4 released that stated this is not fixed. Please reopen the original topic
BTW the screenshot in the box repro notice shows a date about one month before SU4 public release.

I don’t think so. In the linked topic to my understanding OP is missing helicopter SAR missions. I’m specifically referring to Helicopter SAR - hoist missions which are a different specialization
But it is definitely the same as I linked in my original topic. It was closed maybe an hour ago. I wasn’t sure how else to get attention to it being wrongfully closed
I am not using the career mode so cannot try to reproduce, but are those red icons on your screenshots not SAR Hoist land missions ?. In the other topic that has been closed a screenshot with those red icons has been added, so I would assume they are referring to this type of mission (I may be wrong).
So using the same filter you don’t see land hoist missions as in the below screenshot correct ?
If so, I wonder what could be the difference that could explain why some users are getting land missions and others not.
I’m not sure anyone is seeing these missions land based? In the closed topic there were several reports after SU4 release of these missions missing. And I’ve not seen any reports of these missions actually being there. I’ve searched Reddit, YouTube, the forums… nothing. There’s only this screenshot from November
I was going to look for you, but I apparently don’t have my hoist certification, been in the beta too long and couldn’t remember what I did have and I didn’t have. I need to do 7 more regular SAR missions first. Guess I’m going to see if it’s still an issue where the patient is located in an area that can’t be landed at.
I’m pretty sure it just relates to the day of the week. I only see them once in a while as per my posts in my latest topic. They are visible today for the first time since release of SU4
