Brief description of the issue:
The in-Cockpit Weight and Balance dialog box has 20 fuel sliders rather than 4. Additionally, these 20 fuel sliders are indicating each are filled to 50% when the fuel tanks have been filled to 100% from the World Map Weight and Balance sheet.
Note: This seems to happen only on the initial load of the Twin Beech from a freshly launched sim (not Quick Resumed). If I return to the main menu and then reload back into the Twin Beech, the dialog box correctly shows 4 sliders.

Go to World Map, select Twin Beech, go to Weight and Balance, fill tanks to 100%, enter cockpit, open Weight and Balance dialog box, observe 20 fuel sliders with each set to 50%.
