INBUILDS a310 altitude callouts not working (all other aircraft working) and volume at 100 for everything)

I have all volume maxed up to 100 on all setting including warnings and all aircraft in the sim have the altitude callouts and pilots speaking expect the a310 for me how do I fix this please
