Incorrect route modification when adding Fix

No. i am pure default.

[PC, MSFS 2020 Only] Are you using DX11 or DX12?

Dx12

[PC Only] What GPU (Graphics Card) do you use?

intel Arc B580

When I select the departure and destination airports and set it to Low IFR,

everything is fine, but

As soon as I add DGD (Vor) to the route, the route gets twisted.

I don’t know the logic of the flight planner in FS2020 when selecting the IFR option so not sure if being unable to add a VOR station to a Low or High altitude airways is a bug or not.
Nevertheless, if you select the “VOR to VOR” option, add/remove DGD VOR works as expected.
