Inibuilds A320neo Throttle Calibration Issues (Joystick)

Hi All,

I am having terrible difficulty successfully completing an IFR flight with the Inibuilds A320neo. I have decided that the biggest cause of the problems is the throttle.
In the default A320 my throttle works as expected. Take off in Flx mode and move back to Clmb for the autothrottle.

With the inibuilds the Climb mode doesn’t seem to be working, sometimes mid flight I go into overspeed and the autopilot cuts out and sometimes it stalls and the same thing happens.

I tried the Calibration option and followed some YT videos. However while the calibration itself seems to work when I get back to the runway. The throttle seems to be either Max Reverse or TA/GA .

I am using a Thrustmaster T1.1600m joystick.

Is this a bug or am I doing something stupid? (Almost certainly the latter)

Same problem here. How can we solve it?

Good morning,
I have the same problem with the Velocity One Flight. Unable to switch to Flex. The thrust is difficult to control. Using the first half of the axis has no effect and the second part is uncontrollable. Flying the plane without A/THR is almost impossible in these conditions.
Concerning A/THR, the speed of the aircraft is not well managed and the aircraft continues to accelerate without taking into account the managed or selected speed. When climbing, the power applied is not correct either and can cause a stall. I have found that simply turning A/THR off and then back on sometimes resolves this issue.
I would like to point out that I have no problem with the Asobo a320 either.
Have a nice day everyone.

On the INI A320 V2 you must do the thrust settings on the EFB in the cockpit.

Thank you very much for this response and thank you to this forum which allows us to help each other. Thanks to you I just saw that it is indeed necessary to make settings in the EFB (“options”, “Open Throttle Settings”). It had escaped me.
Good day.

I did try this but its not working, it seems to , but as soon as I get back to the Cockpit and try and use the throttle I have either TA/GA or Max Reverse. It seems to totally ignore the calibration

A pic of the EFB thrust setting could be helpful to understand if the problem is there or else-were I have a Thrustmaster Airbus Edition joystick that is similar to your. Since 3 years I have It associated with a Thrustmaster Quadrant that manage the thrust instead of the tiny slide on the stick base. I recall that when I only used the stick it was almost impossible to set the reverse up on the tiny slider. I sat the reverse up on a button on the base (Controls Settings). You might need to do the same.If you do then you should click “No” on “Reverse On Axis” in the EFB

I’ve attached a pic of my EFB settings.Good or bad they works quite well

Hi, thanks, sorry if I misunderstood but do you mean you also have a Thrustmaster Quadrant because sadly that’s not an option for me financially at the moment. My joystick does have the slider on the base as you suggested. I appreciate your help, I’ll try again next time I load the sim.

Hi, yes I have the Quadrant. When I started simming I only had the joystick as yo but ,at that time , I had no planes with the EFB.So I was just struggling for activating the reverse on the liners. When I got the A320 FBW I learned that you must do some settings on the EFB.I found useful to add a Quadrant then.
Many recent liners have the EFB…and the A320 Ini V2 too.The process to set-up the EFB is not that easy…I succeed thanks to youtube tutorials and many, many trials. You should do the set-up as shown in the pic (or similar to it). Good luck. Let’s have a feed-back .Cheers
