I can’t get the A330 to follow the flight path I imported from SimBrief. The line is dashed, but even when I get it solid the plane just flies straight. I can manually adjust the heading but that’s it. Anyone else getting this? Any solutions? Thanks!
Same here. I uploaded flight plan correctly. It shows in efb pad screen as it should, but not move to plane computer. If some1 got this to work, i would be happy to hear really.
A330 plane used. I guess b747 could work, not tried it yet tho.
You both done init request on the MCDU? You need to turn the flight director on as well (FD button next to LS button that you would use for ILS) as they are off when you load in
I’ve found two things that seem to work. First, making sure the flight director is on. Then when I’m on the runway ready to take off, I hit the HDG button to align it with my direction. Once I takeoff and hit the autopilot, I keep the HDG button going for a bit (10 seconds or so) and then switch to NAV. Must be some kind of bug but whatever, that seems to work, so try that
I cannot find the init request page, where i could put simbrief id. Im just confused. This in a330.
Go into settings on the EFB and enter your simbrief user ID number. Set up a flight in simbrief using the correct airframe and then download from simbrief on flight plan and payload page of the EFB. Now go to the MCDU and in the INIT page up the top right under the route which will be empty is INIT REQ. Press this button
What a joke. It’s still not fixed! How hard could it be to correct some code, Inibuilds?
Hello all I’ve been having problems with the aircraft not following simbreif flight plans in IFR but if I only put in the departure airport it follows the flight plan in VFR. So inibuilds/Microsoft please fix this so that the autopilot in nav mode follows waypoints in IFR
