Just bought this on pc and in SU3 Beta with 3080TI and AMD5900X and at EGLL on the ground only getting under 10-15 FPS on medium settings and 1440p and is this normal?
I bought the A350 recently, and also running it with disapointment given the performance I get. I am on VR Quest 3, Nvidia 4090, AMD 7950x3d, 48Gb RAM and I got stutters all the way from EGLL to LEBL.
I was expecting to suffer at EGLL, but surprised to see stutters and no smooth movements at all during cruise. I tried to lower settings to low-end, but same - when I moved the head I had slight delays and could see small stutters while watching the landscape.
Iām using Fenix also with a great smooth experience, and while I know there are differences I did not expect such perf degradation with the A350. Any advice here on what I could to help with A350 perf in VR? Or just wait for an update hoping they improve?ā¦
Side note: the quest controller not able to click the fms is a known bug right? That was also a bad experience, grabbing the mouse to click (with a delay between the movement and the mouse movement on fms screenā¦) and then back to controller to type in numbers. Frustrating as hell.
Sorry Iām usually positive but here I couldnāt hold my frustration. Hope it is just something I missed or that next updates will seriously adress performance.

I watch streamers performing long haul flights flawlessly and yet see that so many users on forums have issues with it eg ctdās,performance. Cannot understand it.This for both 2020 and 2024 uses.
Iāve been using this in 2024 pretty much since it was released, never as far as I can remember had a crash with it, love the autosave, works really well for long flights, shame pmdg canāt provide such a feature.
Itās probably because streamers are prioritising stability over maximum graphics/performace.
Most players want the best graphics setting possible to make the sim look as good as possible. Streamers on the other hand probably have lower settings are are prioritising 100% stability for both the sim and stream because crashing out of the sim or their streaming software is disastrous to what theyāre trying to do (you lose all your viewers and wonāt get them all back).
Exactly as said, when their stream isnāt in 4K (as an example), they donāt need 4K settings with everything on ultra
Stability-wise, a friend of mine completed the longest flight, Singapore to JFK I think it was (18 hours) in the A350-900ULR last night on Xbox series X with no issues
Same here. Pretty happy with this plane. Looks great. Love the GSX and Simbrief integration. Most of the major issues were fixed in the first patch or two. Works well now.
And, actually a decent value with the 3 airframes.
4X CTD after clearing out the Community files and the WASM file and then reloading the aA350 today, itās another no go. Itās been going on way too long, for about a month going back and forth with Inbuilds. They have stopped responding, but itās totally unstable, which is why I want my money back, and more people want to know and maybe they are in the same boat. Spawning wherever it wants too, but now itās a CTD and no flying whatsoever. No problem with the planes on the system but what gives with the A350.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with it but it is not unstable. Have completed several 12+ hour flights with the A350. Very likely something related to your system ā drivers, other addons, other apps running on the machine. Does not really matter that other things work.
Have you tried a clean install of FS? Running 2020 or 2024? Do you have Marketplace addons such as Zinertek? If on 2024, are you running SU2 or SU3 beta?
It is probably all the addons on the system. Still not running 2024 but will check Zinertek for I am exclusively running 2020. I had some 12 hour + flights but only recently had the spawning issues started and now itās the CTD which plagues me.
I have two addons from Zinertek in 2020. How do I inactivate these?
In 2020, go into content manager and uninstall them. In 2024, go into marketplace and at the top is āmy libraryā - go in there, scroll down to find the addon, select it and then click disable down the bottom right
Yesterday I had 3 flights in the A350. Default Pheonix to inibuilds Heathrow 9 hours overnight. Then inibuilds Heathrow to MXI Design Doha 7 hours and then MXI Design Doha to default Dubai (not handcrafted on standard edition) about an hour and a half. Inibuilds Heathrow was understandably pretty bad on landing but all of the others were mostly fine aside from stutters when facing the terminal buildings. Which reminds me I need to go check the airports thread as thereās a huge hill that you need to climb at Dubai to get to the terminal buildings!
I did my first flight in A350 after a few months and ā¦ WASM crash in the middle of the flight. Cockpit is unresponsive, AP got disconnected and the plane plummeted into the ground. Similar thing happened when flying their A300 a few weeks ago. Thx iniBuilds, another reminder to never buy from them.
iFly, PMDG, Fenix, A2A, Black Square all their planes work flawlessly.

Have not flown the mod for a while but when I returned to it today, I experienced two CTDs in MSFS 2020. There has been an update since my last flight, I believe. Anyone encounter similar problems?
Have and no luck with the update to the A350, still not loading and 4 CTDs today
