• I have the same experience. I did my first flight with the Beluga today, calibrated the throttles but got a lot of ECAM warnings „thrust lever asymmetrical“.
On takeoff if was tough to match the FLX MCT detent, a big part of the takeoff roll was involuntary in MAN TRST.
I never had this in the Fenix A320 or other planes in 2020, they seamed to handle deadzones better.

• I am using the Thrustmaster Airbus TCA throttle

You need to delete the predefined curve of the throttle axis.
For some reason, there are completely weird values set as default.

When you set them all to 0 you get a linear “curve” and the detends will be separated better.

I did this, still had these issues. Not unflyable but annoying.

The problem isn’t that the detents are too close to each other, the problem is the part of the throttle that matches the detent is super small. You have to have the throttle exactly over the detent for it to work. My throttle quadrants are getting older and so the percentage jumps around a bit. The FBW team solved this in the prior game be allowing you to set a range of percentages for each detent. For example, my climb detent in the FBW a32nx was from 70% to 75%.

Okay, I understand now.
And entering a larger Buffer is not working?

My buffers in the EFB are by default set at 0.05 and it works just well for my TCA quadrant.
But you can enter higher values if needed.

I tried changing the buffers but they didn’t seem to do anything.
